How do you calculate "AI spend tracked"?

AI spend tracked is the total monthly spending we ingest and analyze across all your connected providers. This includes all API calls, compute, and related costs from OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, and other connected services. If you exceed your plan's limit, you can upgrade or we'll work with you on a custom solution.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the change takes effect immediately. If you need to downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We'll prorate any unused time on your current plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as ACH bank transfers for annual plans. Custom customers can pay via invoice with NET 30 terms. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes! We offer a 20% discount when you pay annually instead of monthly. That means Track costs $319/month when billed annually ($3,828/year instead of $4,788). Contact our sales team for Custom annual pricing.

Is there a free trial?

Our Pulse plan is free forever, so you can try COGScontrol with no commitment. If you want to trial Track features, we offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all capabilities. No credit card required.

How secure is my provider credential data?

Security is our top priority. All credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We use AWS KMS for key management, and all data is transmitted over TLS 1.3. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant and undergo regular security audits. Your data is isolated at the organization level, ensuring complete separation between customers.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your plan limits. If you exceed them, we won't cut off your access — we'll reach out to discuss upgrading your plan or finding a custom solution that fits your needs. We're here to help, not gatekeep your data.
